PCP (ML) is a member of the Hoxhaist ICMLPO[edit]

PCP (ML) is a member of the HOXHAIST ICMPLO, NOT International Newsletter. This is evidenced not only by their participation in the Hoxhaist ICMPLO annual seminars; but by their lack of participation in International Newsletter events since 2011. Also, the WIKIPEDIA article on ICMLPO - Unity and Struggle lists them as members.
