Adding section on Personas for AI[edit]

1) It is refspam, as was explained on your user talk page and 2) It is WP:UNDUE weight to devote a section on this article to what amounts to one person's new pet system, which has apparently generated zero attention or follow on work from independent authors. Did anybody check the reference of Köhler, T. (2001). Methoden der Analyse computervermittelter Kommunikation: ein kritischer Überblick; In: Frindte, W., Köhler, T., Marquet, P. & Nissen, E.: IN-TELE 99 - Internet-based teaching and learning 99. Peter Lang Verlag, Frankfurt am Main. ?
