Feedback[edit]

Good start, especially for a newcomer! Try WP:MEDMOS for guidance. --Steven Fruitsmaak (Reply) 22:32, 12 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Very good start! The article should note more clearly wether or not treatment is necessary; "This pain will usually last even after the blood has clotted, and may continue for two to four days." suggests it is not, the management section suggests it is. 78.70.20.187 (talk) 17:37, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

mixup of different concepts[edit]

thrombosis and hematoma are separate things. the title and the "synonyms" listed in the infobox as well as the interwiki link to the thrombosis article over at de:wp don't seem to belong together. maybe thrombosis can lead to hematoma, but the first happens inside the blood vessel, the latter is defined by blood spilling out of the blood vessel. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.244.54.116 (talk) 16:47, 1 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
