Ice breaking[edit]

This bridge is as far north as the Coast Guard can break ice in the river as the river is too shallow(and I think the bridge too low) for them to go further. I can't find a source for it yet, though. 331dot (talk) 18:24, 8 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
