Well I've kicked things off by putting as much as I know and can find out easily. I'm hoping to add more asap.

Hello there.

I happen to be the proud owner of the Album (vinyl) "The Show Must Go On". And I can tell you the one I have is from 1977 and is released by EMI - Holland. Its a brilliant album with incredible vocals as well as high quality musical performances.
