Addition of a table containing landmark films[edit]

Since this dignitary's filmography is quite exhaustive, i have included a table, comprising her landmark films. This is done primarily to simplify and to add an aesthetic value to the article rahul regula 12:16, 28 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Cover of TIME magazine[edit]

Parveen Babi was on the cover of TIME magazine in the early 70's.

Does anyone have a visual?

I remeber seeing that cover in a picture in INDIA TODAY in the early 90's when she returned to India all bloated up from her Thorazine & Lithium treatments - and still VERY, VERY psychotic.MajMaverik (talk) 14:48, 29 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Personal life[edit]

The claim is that Parveen Babi was rumored to have an affair with Amitabh Bachchan and that she accused him of trying to kill her.

Neither of the cited sources support this claim.

The first source is an interview of Danny Denzongpa in which he makes an uncorroborated claim of Parveen having "irrational fears", no mention of any "killing". It actually looks like a comment by the writer as opposed to anything said by Denzongpa.

The second source is an interview with Amitabh Bachchan in which he said they were friends and traveled in the same social circles.

If you feel the claims were true then provide proper sources.

Again, more claims without any sources.

With regards to the claims about Bachchan and some kind of surgery, "In an Interview to a film magazine dated 1989..." is not an acceptable source.

The whole page is a mess filled with claims without proper sources.
