In 2018, ParkWhiz acquired CodiPark, a Tel Aviv-based company, to add drive up mobile payments to its platform and help solve the last mile of connected and autonomous mobility.
In late 2017, ParkWhiz entered into a strategic relationship with Groupon. Through the partnership, Groupon will offer parking that people can find and pay for directly through their service.
ParkWhiz is working with Hyundai to test in-car payment system. The ParkWhiz integration allows a driver to find a free parking spot, pay for it in advance and then simply navigate to it.
ParkWhiz is the Official Parking App of the Boston Red Sox. Red Sox fans can reserve and pay for parking through the ParkWhiz mobile app or through Fenway Park's website.

On January 7, 2019, ParkWhiz announced that it had rebranded as Arrive Inc., capping its transformation into the leading provider of solutions for the last mile of connected mobility. Arrive helps companies and brands easily offer parking and other mobility-related services to drivers, fleets and connected vehicles. It powers hundreds of the company’s partner-branded experiences, in addition to the ParkWhiz and BestParking mobile apps.
ParkWhiz received $25 million in Series D financing from Amazon Alexa Fund, NewSpring Capital, Alate Partners, Chaifetz Group and Purple Arch Ventures.
