Not sure what exactly is meant by "autonomous division", but the phone and fax lines listed on Quadstone Paramics website for the US office have both been disconnected. The company they list as their Government sales partner has no record of working with them or Pitney Bowes. Support has been outsourced to India. And I have only found 1 person on Linked In that lists Quadstone Paramics as their employer. The Tech Support folks at Pitney Bowes are unfamiliar with Quadstone Paramics.
