Honours[edit]

I have not been able to discover why Vigliani was honoured by France, Belgium and Greece. He is also listed as a “patrician of San Marino” but I have likewise been unable to discover why. The new Kingdom of Italy negotiated a recognition agreement with San Marino, and then a postal agreement, so Vigliani may have had something to do with that.
