The article appears to be in fair shape so far. Here are some comments:

  • Is the article well-written?: The lead should include detail on what critics said of the album. Later in the article, one thing I'm not sure of is this; if Schoolboy Q talked about his daughter being on the album cover, why is this not seen in the album covers used? Other than that, this is mostly well-written aside from some minor MoS issues (lead concerns and some MOS:QUOTEMARKS errors in "Development", "Recording and production", "Music and lyrics", "Release and promotion", and "Critical response" sections). Also, unlink "Pharrell" in "Music and lyrics", and "Complex Magazine" should just read "Complex". I also did some minor copyediting.
  • Back from Wikibreak to tackle this. Copy that on the first sentence. As for the album covers, the African-American girl on the album cover used in the article, is his young daughter. Link issues are fixed. Lead adjustments have begun. STATic message me! 21:36, 4 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • You've got until October 9th. As for the cover, it was a bit hard to see her face, and for some reason I thought it was a male with long hair. My bad. Snuggums (talk / edits) 22:07, 4 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Is the article verifiable?: FN78 (FMBQ) is dead, so this should be replaced to help verify the release date for "Man of the Year". To prevent potential linkrot, FN's 84 and 85 should not just be bare URL's. I'm not convinced "2DopeBoyz" (FN's 5, 6, 7, 11, 15, and 21), "HighVolume" (FN22), "Nah right" (FN56), or "Uproxx" (FN's 59 and 74) are reliable sources, Twitter (FN's 4, 10, 19, 20, 29, 32, 38, and 72) should also ideally be replaced. The tracklistings need to be cited.
  • FN78 is fixed, as are the bare urls. Nah Right and Uproxx are not just blogs, they have paid editors and pass WP:IRS. The HighVolume source is just an interview. As for Twitter and had no idea that using Twitter was not acceptable in GAs, where is this rule? The only thing being cited by Twitter are little announcements that do not carry over to the news circuit. Not really stuff that could be replaced. • It's not a hard-and-fast rule, but social media like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram tend to be discouraged when high-quality secondary sources can be used in place. Snuggums (talk / edits) 22:07, 4 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Is the article broad in coverage?: My only concern is "commercial performance" section, which should be elaborated on or moved to "release" section.
  • Is the article neutral?: Yes
  • Is the article stable?: Yes
  • Is the article illustrated, if possible, by images?: The image of Pharrell Williams used in "Recording and production" is missing some necessary info. It would probably be best to use a different picture of him without any potential infringements. Aside from this, all the images are fine.

I will place this nomination on hold for seven days.

  • I'm very sorry, STATic, but the seven days have expired and there are still unaddressed issues. Failing as a result. Snuggums (talk / edits) 06:51, 9 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
