Place of birth[edit]

The town of Karlsruhe was the capital of the former Grand Duchy of Baden https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gro%C3%9Fherzogtum_Baden. I have already changed that. However, the flag must also be changed from Württemberg to Baden. Unfortunately, I do not know how this works.--Monte Pelmo (talk) 09:02, 19 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Army entry[edit]

Fretter-Pico did not join the Württemberg army. He began his career in the 1st Baden Field Artillery Regiment No. 14. This was not a unit of Württemberg, but one of Baden. Any statements to the contrary in the Encyclopedia of the Wehrmacht (Lexikon der Wehrmacht) are incorrect.--Monte Pelmo (talk) 12:00, 19 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
