I just think it's weird that this page (citing Baumgartner) makes a bold claim about "the first" simony, but the simony page doesn't even mention this incident, and the Pope Symmachus and Antipope Laurentius pages mention only the weakest "rumor" evidence for the charge. 2603:8001:D300:A631:0:0:0:10D0 (talk) 01:01, 28 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
