I think that it is a bit of a scandal that this article is so short. Lewis was an extremely important American social scientist. Can't you get an anthropologist of the older generation to contribute a better description of his work ? Cognoscente18 (talk) 17:04, 3 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Does anybody know if this is the same Oscar Lewis who wrote a book called "The Lost Years", which is a work of speculative fiction with the premise that Lincoln survived his assassination attempt? Smaxam (talk) 05:39, 9 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
