Reason for article rather than redirect[edit]

Investigating this edit [1] which caused "operations director" to be directed to Chief Executive Officer likely due to the disambiguation page Old revision of Director of Operations pointing at "Chief Executive Officer" as the only option for business. This seemed not sensible. Getting Operations Director to article state was the likely best way to resolve. Okay that went to Chief operations officer. WHoops. In this case this might simply need to go directly to the Chief operations officer only and not the DAB. time to slow down and think.Djm-leighpark (talk) 19:08, 29 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I was half minded to direct this to Chief Ooperating Officer . The number one issue is Operations Director would need to be bolded in the lede; there's a question some of the content that may consistute orginal reseach is problematic.
