This still needs a lot of work. I will continue adding to it. In fact, the term omo sebua i understand actually only applies to the large chief's houses in these villages, although the more modest commoner homes have many similar elements. Merbabu 11:55, 26 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Well actually AFAIK the literal meaning of the phrase Omo Sebua (in the Niassan tongue) is Big (=Sebua) House (=Omo). I'll try to confirm this with my Mom. Heh :p
