The “German” pronunciation is total nonsense. Kirch is pronounced [kɪɐ̯ç], in hypercareful pronunciation maybe [kɪʁç], and in some parts of Northern Germany you might hear (colloquially) [kʏɐ̯ç] or even [køɐ̯ç] - but the latter is certainly not standard and you would not hear it on radio or tv!
