Beginning expansion[edit]

I have begun expansion of this article to meet that of other college basketball articles. I propose a layout found on other basketball pages:

1. History

a. Helms champions era

b. Phelps era

c. Big East era

2. Traditions

3. Coaches

a. Coaching awards

4. Players

5. Post Season

6. Irish in the NBA

7. References

Rivalries[edit]

Shouldn't there be a section on the various rivalries ND bball has, as there is with ND football? For example, they had a big rivalry with UCLA in the 70s and 80s, and I believe they also have something with Marquette Purple backpack89 17:25, 28 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Division Championship[edit]

One should not forget to make reference to the years when the Big East had divisions in basketball, including Notre Dame's division title. Also not forgetting to make note in the Big East section of the addition of TCU upcoming user:Tstaudt —Preceding undated comment added 22:56, 25 January 2011 (UTC).[reply]
