2020 or 2021[edit]

@G-13114: Was the council its self formed in 2020 or 2021? Indeed the reference says it became fully functional in 2021 but the OS linked data showed Northampton CP in 2020 but Northampton district still exists. This article also says 2020. Maybe unlike Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough Northampton CP/council was created last year but had little function due to the pandemic. Crouch, Swale (talk) 20:38, 18 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Having looked deeper, it seems we are both partly correct. According to this the new parish councils in Northampton were formally created on 1 April 2020, but they were dormant due to the pandemic, and didn't become operational until 1 April this year. So I suppose the question is whether the date they were created or the date they became operational is the important one? G-13114 (talk) 21:30, 18 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Well I think in that case the founded year should be 2020 and 2021 would be incorrect in the infobox but it should state that it became fully functional in 2021. Crouch, Swale (talk) 09:40, 20 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
