Please verify the stereochemistry[edit]

…of the ethynyl group. The image shows the opposite stereochemistry at this tertiary alcohol, relative to Norethisterone, its supposed parent molecule (used to prepare this simple acetate ester derivative). Is the drug sold as a single enantiomer or diastereomer? Is the image that appears taken from or based on the drug label/package insert?
