Hello! Tugushev is claiming to be a co-founder, you can see a controversy in all sources about when and how he joined. It is unambiguously clear that Orlov and Roth were co-founders of Ocean Trawlers in 1997, but not Tugushev. Tugushev joined later and initially was a seller of fish to them.
