Proposed merge[edit]

I propose that Mutual-benefit nonprofit corporation and Public-benefit nonprofit corporation be merged back into this page, at least until enough material exists on each type of entity to justify a non-stub separate page. The basic concept of this article - a corporation that operates for a purpose other than making a profit - is WP:DABCONCEPT.
