Disputed claim[edit]

The engines of on-road vehicles have advanced emission controls which are not found on those non-road engines. The non-road engines also emit air pollution particles at much higher rates

Fairly broad claim, with not much context - needs calling out, and if true a good reference. There are many types of "non-road" engine - why are they claimed to be worse? Prof.Haddock (talk) 00:47, 18 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
