Putin didnt declare Donbas republics as independent states[edit]

Putin only recognized Donbas republics as independent states but he didnt declare them as independent states because they saw themselves as independent states like Republika Srpska saw itself as independent. The Donbas Republics are no puppet states of Russia but de-facto-Regimes which are supported by Russia like the mentioned Bosnian Serbian Proto-State during the Yugoslavian Wars was supported by Serbia.--Malachias the Green (talk) 15:04, 26 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Recognition of a country as independent is essentially the same as declaring/saying that a country is independent. There is not much of a difference. 47.227.95.73 (talk) 15:09, 26 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
