Untitled[edit]

This is a viable historical article about the historic Niles Petersen House in Tempe, Arizona. I am posting this wikipedia listing as an intern for the Tempe Historic Preservation Office with their full blessing. Furthermore, all research and citations in the articles comes from my work as an intern with this office. Therefore, there is no reason why this article should be deleted.

Assuming the article is not written as a blatant advertisement and does not infringe on anyone's copyrights, there is no reason for the article to be speedy deleted. However, it is still subject to nomination for deletion discussion if the article does not make clear how the house is notable. —C.Fred (talk) 17:17, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Speaking of copyright infringement, I just removed a section of the text that was copied from [1]. —C.Fred (talk) 17:35, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It seems like a fine starter article. I removed some negative tags from the article. There is no conflict of interest present, and the article is not an orphan. Thanks! --doncram 00:05, 20 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
