Poor article

Much of the information in this article is unverified and sloppily put together. Some of it is useful, and soon I will attempt to clean it up a bit. --Buffaboy (talk) 06:29, 7 March 2015 (UTC)

To elaborate, this article read much like a newspaper report looking back on agencies that can exist in other cities, but just aren't worthy for an encyclopedia. For example, what has happened at the Rainbow Mall isn't significant for the economy section. --Buffaboy (talk) 22:19, 8 March 2015 (UTC)

Shaved by almost 30,000 bytes
