Metrolink at Lancaster

I'm getting contradictory information on exactly when Metrolink service was extended to Lancaster. --NE2 22:23, 13 October 2007 (UTC)

Reopening this link is crucial

I removed a line saying that reopening this stretch of freeway is crucial. It sounded quite out of place in an encyclopedia, more like a commentary. kmccoy (talk) 03:14, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

CNN said this... --Rschen7754 (T C) 03:22, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
Whether CNN said it or not, it's still not encyclopedic. At the *very* most, it could be included as a quote from CNN, rather than a referenced statement. A referenced statement in an encyclopedia implies that the encyclopedia considers it a fact, whereas the quote just implies that CNN considers it a fact. kmccoy (talk) 03:25, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
Eh, there's other statements in other news articles to that effect. --Rschen7754 (T C) 03:41, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

Northern or southern tunnel?

The article currently states that the accident was in the northern tunnel, but the description in the first paragraph of an LA Times article seems to indicate the southern tunnel. Does anyone have more certain information regarding whether the north or south tunnel was involved? dcraig 09:57, 16 October 2007 (UTC)

Name of article

I'm not going to get into a revert war on this, particularly since I don't really cared that much either way. However, within this article, in bold is "Newhall Pass Interchange". Whereas my moved of the page to such from "Newhall Pass interchange" were reverted. If this should be "interchange" rather than "Interchange", then change the article as well, else move it back. Don't capitalize it one way within the article, and another way for the title. :) -- KTC (talk) 13:38, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
