Untitled[edit]

The first line under the header Formation: "New Community Corporation was formed by a group of community leaders in 1968 as a response to the Civic Disorders of July, 1967, which left 26 dead and caused approximately $15 million in property damage." Why not call a duck a duck and change "Civic Disorders" to "riots"? The page even links to an entry titled "1967 Newark riots." Runnerupnj 10:12, 30 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like a PR piece[edit]

Currently it is a glowing review of this organization. Perhaps it is truly this wonderful but it looks quite biased. --Ifnord (talk) 23:34, 17 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
