  • Proper name, should be capitalised as such. McGeddon (talk) 16:04, 6 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Not proper names.--Labattblueboy (talk) 20:05, 6 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Against - not proper names. Same ontological category as self-organizing map or neural network - they often end up as acronyms in research papers, which might tempt us to capitalise them, but they're not proper nouns so no. --mcld (talk) 20:41, 8 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Sorry, it looks like I just read it as being a proper name, rather than a general type of network, from the way the article was worded (and the fact it was capitalising it throughout). Rewording the article seems preferable, on reflection. --McGeddon (talk) 09:11, 9 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Citations[edit]

The citations are quite poorly done, google-books links are not the best way to cite journal/conference papers. Preferably we want DOIs - and we want the name of the article in the citation! You can't just name an entire conference and say "it's in there somewhere"! --mcld (talk) 13:00, 12 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

OK, I've tidied them up, it wasn't too difficult actually - the main thing is to use the "cite conference" rather than "cite book" and make sure you don't get the authors of the article and the editors of the proceedings mixed up. Cheers--mcld (talk) 13:26, 12 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
