Why did Ensemble lose

It seem as if every place on the internet is just really bad at explaining why Ensemble lost, this article is no exception. It says Ensemble scored 10.10% BEFORE THE CONTEST ENDED (as do all the articles on the internet). And 10.10 > 10.09. So why did they lose? The article says "The Grand Prize winner was to be the one with the better performance on the Test set", but doesn't mention anything further. Then the article says: ""The Ensemble" team had in fact succeeded to match BellKor's result, but since BellKor submitted their results 20 minutes earlier, the rules award the prize to them. But they didn't "match" BellKor, they beat it (10.10 > 10.09). That section really could use a rewrite --74.89.28.79 (talk) 23:58, 21 April 2014 (UTC)
