Fair use rationale for Image:Neron.jpg[edit]

Image:Neron.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Chronology[edit]

I think the incident with the Flash's Rogues got mixed up with Neron's first assault on the DCU.

The Rogues dying then coming back happened far after the Trickster foils him.

Also, the battle with Wonder Woman happened after -that-.

My head hurts.

I'd like to have Reference 38 changed to Reference 8b because 1) References 1 and 3 have similar divisions, 2) I tried to fix it myself so that it would match those divisions, but couldn't do it no matter what I did or how hard I tried and 3) I'd like to make the References number an even 40 (at least for now) instead of an odd 41 and save space. As I said, I couldn't do it, so I figured when in doubt, go to an expert and ask one of them. If anyone could please just do this for me, that would be nice.
