Article could need more detailed informations. Those NAP are very meaningful and have a big potential for making changes for childrens life (depends on the country, of course). My english is not exact enough for doing that in a few minutes. The german version for the german NAP is placed in the german Wikipedia: de:Nationaler Aktionsplan für ein kindergerechtes Deutschland (NAP).
