The result of the move request was: not moved. The consensus is that the singer is currently the primary topic. Jenks24 (talk) 08:13, 30 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Nathan SykesNathan Sykes (singer) – While this man is popular now, the rugby league player was famous at a time and the articles should be differentiated. 2601:8C:4001:DCF4:3D5A:569C:E8E8:58 (talk) 17:43, 22 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

What did he win?[edit]

Under "Early beginnings" it is stated that Sykes won the Cheltenham Competitive Festival of Dramatic Art competition in 2003. There is no such competition. Searching the internet for exactly this phrase gives only hits connected to Sykes.

Cheltenham has a Cheltenham Festival of Performing Arts. Until 2006 it (or part of it) was called Cheltenham Competitive Festival. Looking at the 2016 results for only the drama part of the festival, there are at least 80 first prizes to be won. So stating that the ten year old won "the" Cheltenham Competitive Festival is most probably exaggerating things in a big way. Most likely he won one of the about eighty competitions. It would be nice to know in which exact category he was the best of his year. Do not just go by one of the many "biographies" of him, one can find on the internet. They are mere copies of one another.  Wikiklaas  13:13, 27 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
