While I do agree that every township in Burma (Myanmar) should have its own article, and that town and city articles should not discuss "surrounding areas" except to refer to the township articles, nevertheless, I do not see any of the township articles as having high importance overall. Some, like perhaps the ruby mining ones or ones with significant history may be of mid importance. Myittha Township may be one of those, but so far I have seen no evidence of that. Although I admit that I have not done in depth research.
