Sounding should be added before all

It is quite strange that the article contains plenty abstract ideas and pieces of knowledge around music and musical notes and there is no sound at all. It seems nonsense! natty55555 (talk) 22:25, 4 January 2020 (UTC)

Sound files should only be added when they help the user understand the concept being discussed. Here, it would only get in the way. —Wahoofive (talk) 06:02, 5 January 2020 (UTC)

Musical noteNote (music) – Per WP:ATDIS Rueshop (talk) 01:07, 11 April 2020 (UTC)

This is a contested technical request. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 04:46, 11 April 2020 (UTC)

This is at its current title per a previous RM, so should not be considered a technical request. Station1 (talk) 01:42, 11 April 2020 (UTC)
  • Oppose per WP:NATURALDISAMBIGUATION – if a recognizable title for the article meets WP:COMMONNAME and is also natural (with no disambiguation), then guidelines prefer that. This propose title is of no help to the article. cookie monster (2020) 755 05:21, 11 April 2020 (UTC)

  • Oppose per WP:NATURALDIS. The current title appears in numerous book and web sources, so there's no pressing need to move it to a parenthetical disambiguator.  — Amakuru (talk) 10:00, 11 April 2020 (UTC)
  • Support. I've never seen "musical note" used as a singular concept, rather than a generic adjective-noun combination. It's like naming an article Planet Mercury, to use an example from WP:NATURALDIS. Many of the music articles started out being called Musical Something and have been renamed Something (music), such as Musical scale. —Wahoofive (talk) 16:09, 12 April 2020 (UTC)
