Fair use rationale for Image:Multiply logo.jpg[edit]

Image:Multiply logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 21:46, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Notability and References[edit]

A banner at the top says that the article on Multiply.com is not supported by references and has its notability questioned. A while back, I edited in some references and hopefully cleared up notability questions. How is the banner re-evaluated so as to possibly be removed?

Evolution of Music Uploading Feature[edit]

For some reason the entire summation of Multiply.com's evolution of their music uploading feature - in an attempt to combat pirated music sharing - has been completely removed. I'm adding it again. TheGoonSquad (talk) 17:38, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"Blocked in China"[edit]

Can anyone explain why Multiply was blocked in China? Also, can anyone source it? I'll give them one month, starting now. 202.69.188.102 (talk) 12:58, 5 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File:Multiply-inbox.PNG Nominated for Deletion[edit]

An image used in this article, File:Multiply-inbox.PNG, has been nominated for deletion at Wikimedia Commons in the following category: Deletion requests November 2011
What should I do?

Don't panic; a discussion will now take place over on Commons about whether to remove the file. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion, although please review Commons guidelines before doing so.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.

External links modified[edit]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Multiply (website). Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
