ALL The rides modified?[edit]

This article claims that all the old Action Park rides that still exist (an overwhelming majority, if I may add) have been modified from the originals for safety reasons.

From the looks of it, being the last time I went there, Gautley, Kamikaze, the Tarzan Swing, Cannonball Falls, and the jumping cliff really haven't been modified much if at all.

Past/Present Tense Errors (descriptions are taken directly from the Action Park Wiki entry[edit]

Most of this Article is the same exact thing as the Action Park article. Some of the descriptions point to past tense (past attractions from Action Park) and should be modified to talking about present attractions. Fingaz (talk) 18:55, 27 August 2010 (UTC)Fingaz[reply]

Kamikaze is gone?[edit]

Holy crap - the last time I was on it was the last season of operation for it... bummer dude, one of the few Action Park originals left. --Travelsonic (talk) 04:46, 15 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

SURF HILL[edit]

Is thi a remake, a reconstruction, or are they using the original tracks that have been sitting in the hill by the wave pool, unused since the park's last summer as Action park 16 years ago? Are they putting it in the same location as the original? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Travelsonic (talkcontribs) 06:24, 5 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed merge with Action Park[edit]

They’re the same park, just different names. 24.228.128.119 (talk) 16:00, 9 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose – Arguably the history of Action Park and its attractions, by itself, are noteworthy to have their standalone article. Merging them into the current iteration of the park would not be fruitful or beneficial to the article's current length. Adog (TalkCont) 15:20, 10 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose - Just as opposed to this now as I am last time this was proposed. The park may be in the same place, and may still have a large amount of the original attractions, but the history, the controversies, the growth, the downfall, the legends, they are IMO their own story, and worth keeping separate. Merging them would also be problematic, IMO, because of the fact that Action Park had spinoff parks in Tannersville, Pennsylvania, and Pine Hills, NJ, the potential loss of such information being part of my objection last time.
