Maori Name[edit]

Note that the Maori name I entered is different to the one that the Mt Vic Historical Society lists on their website. Since they don't reference the information, I made the assumption that the information on the National Library website is more accurate. Tullah (talk) 09:12, 4 April 2009 (UTC)Tullah[reply]

Moon rise[edit]

This video shows a moon at Perigee, when it was a few days before Apogee; it shows a moon North of NNE,rather than at E 25N; It also shows a dark sky behind it,when the sun set after moon rise. It is ascending at 45 degrees, which is correct. http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/astronomy.html?n=264&month=12&year=2012&obj=sun&afl=-11&day=1 http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/astronomy.html?n=264&month=12&year=2012&obj=moon&afl=-11&day=1AptitudeDesign http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap130622.html AptitudeDesign (talk) 08:06, 16 April 2014 (UTC) http://inapcache.boston.com/universal/site_graphics/blogs/bigpicture/supermoon_2012/bp10.jpg This is a moon rise, the video is of the Moon after it has risen. Takeover[edit]

@Paewiki: When did Mount Victoria, the suburb, take over part of Te Aro and the video is a view from the summit which I think should most definitely stay. Eddaido (talk) 23:25, 7 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Paewiki: No comment? Why do you believe the Basin Reserve is in Mount Victoria? Looks flat(ish) to me. Eddaido (talk) 01:48, 8 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I have added schools which have a specific address in Mount Victoria. The Basin Reserve was already listed in the article; maps put it in both Mount Victoria and Mount Cook; I just converted the list to prose. The paragraph about the video shouldn't contain three commercial external links and needs references.Paewiki (talk) 02:05, 8 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
