The picture[edit]

It's certainly better than having no picture, but is it the best picture in the world for this article?

General style[edit]

In some cases this article goes into a lot of detail about particular experiments but never gives the full explanation of how the studies arrive at their conclusions. Eikko (talk) 18:52, 26 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Theories of emotion[edit]

This section seems to be barren and slightly disconnected from the rest of the article, maybe a singular theory on the role emotion plays on memory (perhaps elaborating more on the cognitive theory) would prove more useful for the article as a whole? Ddev22 (talk) 22:10, 1 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Ddev 22! I agree with your edit. It seems that music-dependent memory could have its own wikipedia page since music is tied to a lot of parts of our lives and cognitive interpretation. Regardless, music does play a role in defining one's mood and should therefore be talked about. It is also noteworthy on how you changed the syntax of the paragraph to give a clearer understanding regarding the effect of music one's mood and their memory. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Johnaguilar007 (talkcontribs) 02:44, 24 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Ddev22. I really like your contribution of providing a connection between theories of emotion and the rest of the article. Further explaining music-dependent memory provokes more curiosity and does a good job of linking the topics together. comment by user: Ccrabtree15Ccrabtree15 (talk) 20:53, 25 April 2020 (UTC)ccrabtree15Ccrabtree15 (talk) 20:53, 25 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
