Keep: this is a very important monument for the Mizo people. It is going to be very helpful for the Mizo's living around the world.

Hi, you may be right, but the article needs to be defended at Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Mizo_Hlakungpui_Mual by showing that it is what Wikipedia calls "Notable"; that relies not on personal opinions but on evidence from reliable, independent sources such as newspapers, magazines, and reliable websites (not blogs, facebook, etc). If you know of any such sources, please add them to the article, and tell people at Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Mizo_Hlakungpui_Mual. Most of accounts available from web pages and published materials have been written in Mizo Language, could they be supported with those Mizo Version Publications? Please direct me how to make this article to release under the CC-BY-SA 3.0 License and the GFDL. 1) yes, cited documents can be in any language. 2) I'm not sure I understand the question, but if you mean "how do I release a document under CC-BY-SA or GFDL?", you can do that by publishing the document(s) on your own website or any other, along with a correctly-completed CC-BY-SA or GFDL license (see the websites of those licenses for details), and a link on each document to the license that applies to it. 3) Then you can cite those documents in Wikipedia, again with a footnote to say where the license is (just a normal URL link).

The other thing you could do is to upload the documents to WIKISOURCE (http://en.wikisource.org), again with a license, which will make them freely available - ideally with a translation into English as well. One point[edit]

I support the inclusion of this article in wikipedia. But the article looks like a collection of rather random personal musings, not a true encyclopedic entry. It looks rather funny to have a not-so-impressively-translated poem at the end of an encyclopedic article.

No one will learn anything from this sort of article. I myself don't know much about Hla Kungpui Mual, so I am not in a position to improve the article. I suggest that the (not-so-meaningful) poems be deleted and the article be wholly rewritten.

The article says Damhauhva composed many fine poems, but the translation you have provided completely destroys the claim. This article presents Hla Kungpui Mual to international audience, not as an article, but as a joke. As a Mizo, I am ashamed to see this article. If no one knows how to improve it, then it may be much better to delete it, even though the discussion for deletion has been closed. (RMizo (talk) 16:30, 16 April 2012 (UTC))[reply]
