Good Article nomination has failed[edit]

The Good article nomination for Mississippi Sheiks has failed, for the following reason:

All great, a fine short article, except that 'trivia' needs to be mentioned in the main text if it's really significant, or omitted if it's not, instead of being put in its own section - that very much implies that it's not relevant. Worldtraveller 00:33, 7 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The trivia section has now been incorporated into the article itself, as suggested. Ed zeppelin

Yeah, but it (the Gallagher reference) doesn't deserve to be the 2nd paragraph, appearing even before the Sheiks themselves are named. I'm moving it to the end, but to be honest my preference would be to remove it entirely. --RobHutten 02:03, 23 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
