An "Impoverished" Park?[edit]

This article states: "Historically, Mill Race Park was an impoverished area of Columbus." The park was an "impoverished area"? Suspect what the author really means is the area that ultimately became the park was impoverished, especially as he goes onto note the presence of "sub-standard housing" - parks don't usually have a lot of housing, sub-standard or otherwise... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:801:4280:A710:DD2:6BFA:BA63:DF88 (talk) 23:29, 2 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
