Page has heavy favorable slant[edit]

This page is written in a heavy promotional slant favoring the subject, and there are valid controversies around his current & former jobs with relevant sourcing that is being routinely removed with no explanation. This should not be here simply as promotion. Let's please have some discussion before any further content removal. JamesG5 (talk) 16:05, 16 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Illmacul8: I am not reverting your removal yet because this is crossing a line on content changes at this point, but your comment ".soon provided be will link a ,true entirely not was story the because removed was page controversy The" (which is backwards for some reason) is not acceptable. There are two separate stories, first about his removal from iROCKING and then the accusations from YCEE, both with multiple sources. If you have counter narratives, that's fine but you can't remove sourced content and say "I'll provide a source to justify it later." JamesG5 (talk) 17:34, 16 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Illmacul8: another editor restored the content & you've removed it yet again. You've added more unsourced praise but still no explanation for removing the well sourced issues. Please explain why the content should not be included. JamesG5 (talk) 04:39, 18 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The section removal[edit]

@JamesG5, good morning, as stated in a previous discussion sent to you, we would like to leave that off the page, because inasmuch as the story is online, it is not entirely true, and statements were released to back that up,for now, we just want it to be a page for just information, I know that is allowed, because it is not all information about people is put on Wikipedia pages. Thank you for your understanding.

Warm regards Illmacul8 (talk) 05:33, 18 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Illmacul8: Your comments "we would like to leave that off the page" and "we just want it to be a page for just information" indicate serious issues with you editing this page. First of all it appears to be a violation of the WP:COI policy and second a violation of the username policy where an account is to be used by one individual for editing, not as part of a group or in service to an organization. Wikipedia is not about what one group wants, especially when that appears to cross the lines of WP:PROMO. I am restoring the section, you should read over those policies, especially WP:COI. If you have evidence to counter the narrative, that's great but you don't get to remove it simply because you don't like it or you're serving an agenda. JamesG5 (talk) 07:44, 18 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Illmacul8: I restored & updated the section. First of all, the accusations by YCEE are far more significant since he's a major public figure and has been public about it. You didn't provide anything to counter those. Second, in the case of the iROCKING accusations the subject of them saying "I didn't do it, it's not true" doesn't make them magically not exist, it just makes it "he said, she said." You address that by linking a reliable source to his denial. Which I have now added. Wikipedia does not take sides, it presents information. If you have links refuting YCEE's accusations, add them. But the section should remain. JamesG5 (talk) 15:19, 22 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Section Removal,[edit]

Good morning @JamesG5

Like I mentioned before, information that is not wanted can be taken off a person's Wikipedia page, just not to make the information on it.

Also, you will notice the page is not yet live because it is still been considered.

I would like if you could stop adding it to the page. It will be lovely, thank you, warm regards. Illmacul8 (talk) 08:56, 18 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Illmacul8: Everything you just said is inaccurate and that is not how Wikipedia works. Wikipedia pages are NOT personal pages or web bios, information doesn't get "left off" simply because it's unflattering or the subject does not want it there. The page also is absolutely live unless it's in Draft form, it's been live for days. As I noted in the above exchange, this sounds very much like you have a WP:COI issue that you are not declaring, and are using this page in violation of WP:PROMO. Please see also WP:NOTWEBHOST.
