Guest?[edit]

In the TV credits table, there are three entries as 'Guest'. This is a rather selective error of omission since Caine has guested on many TV talk shows; TV Guide lists 29 'Guest' credits: [1] -- Should the three entries be removed, or add the other 26, or ... Alleged appearance in Morning Depature[edit]

Is there any reliable evidence for this attribution? I've had a look and there doesn't seem to be much substance, mostly a single claim being copied around various wikis and other freely editable webpages. Michael Caine's official(?) website lists the film appearance as 'unconfirmed'; surely there should be at least some reflection of this uncertainty on the wiki page. What about Jekyll and Hyde?[edit]

I've not seen it mentioned here or his wiki bio but I'm sure from memory as I recall watching it on TV that he appeared in a film (it certainly wasn't a serial) of Stevenson's "Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde". I distinctly recall Caine had the title role, and Joss Ackland played the eminent surgeon who opposed Jekyll's theories of personality manipulation and published a letter in The Times beginning "Man is made in the image of his Creator.." attacking them. The time I recall seeing this was during the late 1980s early 90s.Cloptonson (talk) 18:46, 9 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
