New article[edit]

I've just created this article, representing the culmination a personal project of several months' work. While I don't know Mr. Pervais, I do know his daughters, and with their assistance have made this article as accurate as possible. They provided assistance with research and made the photographs used available under Creative Commons, although the article is entirely my own work.
