Problems on the article[edit]

Hello, everyone. I did several edits on this page and almost all of them have been reverted. About the Meera Jasmine article: Problem ist, all pictures currently on that page are copyright violations: there's no copyright holder and the sites they were taken from say "All rights reserved". If you wish to put a picture onto her article, please make sure there's information about the copyright holder. Promotional photos from her movies or stills work the best, since the production company of the movies can easily be found and mentioned as a copyright holder. If you wish to add more than one picture, make sure the other picture document important steps in her career, like: Meera Jasmin ten years ago, or Mera Jasmin on the cover of an important Indian news magazine (like Times or something - Gossip magazines don't count)

As for the article itself, please remember, we're trying to be neutral. The introduction usually only includes name, bithday/place and profession. Everything else is on the rest of the page.

  • "phenomenal success"
  • "rave reviews"
  • "celebrated indian director"
  • "highly successful"
  • "noted roles"
  • "married off to"
  • days how long movies are in cinemas

Shouldnt Malayalam movies come in the list before Tamil movies considering that 1) She has acted in more malayalam movies than Tamil 2)She debuted in a Malayalam movie 3)She recieved the national award for "Paadam Onnu, Oru Vilaapam", again a malayalam movie. image facing deletion[edit]

I added a copyright image (with proper description) which also is facing deletion now. Previous image was not good as it is portraying her with others (not exclusive) The article is lacking of images. This article was locked by me. No one but an admin can edit it. The reason is because an ip vandal seems to have moved to a registered account. Although I will deal with the registered user it is not hard to become registered an create the edits again. I will review the protection from time to time.
