all previous versions of this article were composed primarily of copyvio. Several versions were previously deleted, and I have just deleted the most recent. After deleting , in order not to leave a redlink for an important institution, I have redirected into the overall institution. I intend to first write a section on it in that article, and then use that to rebuild an article here; it is sufficient important historically that in my judgment it should have a separate article. Given the prior history, I'm protecting a few days to prevent to prevent the immediate reintroduction of copyvio, and will then semi-protect for a while for the same purpose. Thanks for taking a look at this, DGG! The original authors of the copyvio have been contacted an appraised not to do anything, as it is being handled by a Wikipedia user with administrator access level authority.
