Availability as an extra disc[edit]

Sadly, I have no way to "prove" this other than to relate the tale : back in the period this was released (circa '78/'79), I encountered it three - count 'em - times not as an extra with the first album, but with (sealed) copies of the B Stiff 12" EP. The fact I saw this multiple times leads me to believe a certain number must have been distributed this way as well.
