Not a backronym

From the time it went on the air ME-TV has always been Memorable Entertainment Television. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.149.198.99 (talk) 19:29, 10 December 2012 (UTC)

Incorrect Information

Just because you read something on Facebook, even the official Facebook page of a TV station does not make it true. As being discussed by several people who live in the area ABC57 covers over on AVSForum[1], the 57.2 subchannel is not available. MeTV is not broadcasting at this time in the South Bend market on 57.2 or any other channel/subchannel. Wikipedia is relaying false information. 71.115.6.75 (talk) 04:17, 28 December 2010 (UTC)

And a couple anonymous message board posts are better sources? Especially since the posts you referenced were from before MeTV went on the air in South Bend. The Facebook announcement from the station sounds much more reliable. --Fightingirish (talk) 06:39, 6 January 2011 (UTC)

In the section titled "Affiliates" it is stated that "Me-TV currently does not have affiliates in/overlapping any part of 8 states: Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Vermont and West Virginia.[13]" If you follow the footnote at the end of that statement, the first listing you see is "WSAH BRIDGEPORT, CT." That station is sometimes marketed as a NY station, however it is closer to New Haven, CT than it is to New York, NY. It has been a Me TV affiliate for many months. The facilities and tower are in Connecticut. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.77.34.104 (talk) 23:23, 14 July 2012 (UTC)
