Created by Bogger (talk). Self-nominated at 14:25, 10 February 2024 (UTC). Post-promotion hook changes for this nom will be logged at Template talk:Did you know nominations/May O'Flaherty; consider watching this nomination, if it is successful, until the hook appears on the Main Page.[reply]

  • Article is new enough and long enough. No copyright issues exposed by Earwig. The sources look fine. Hook fact is interesting, stated in the article, and appropriately sourced. RoySmith (talk) 18:33, 9 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Apparent close paraphrasing or copyright violation[edit]

@Bogger:, an Earwig report shows several sentences in the article, which appear to be copied from https://www.dib.ie/biography/oflaherty-flaherty-may-a10345. The source has a notice that This content is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial 4.0 International license, while Wikipedia requires text to be licensed for commercial use. Please could you reword the highlighted sentences? TSventon (talk) 11:27, 9 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Done. (I think). -Bogger (talk) 13:23, 9 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you, that looks fine now. For some reason an Earwig report with Use search engine selected did not include the DIB. TSventon (talk) 13:33, 9 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
