Untitled[edit]

I am intentionally leaving the article and rating as a stub, as my rewrite[1] was based solely on online sources. I know that there are plenty of additional dead tree sources that are not available online, and I believe an article should not be viewed as beyond a stub until an editor has researched offline as well as online.
